      Eye twiching

While im laying down and waiting for SP my eyes start to twich and there's almost a burning sensation! I'm not even in SP yet and it still does it. Is this normal?

Woh, this same thing happened to me the other morning. I was doing a variation on the 61 points of relaxation and started feeling waves of bliss all over and felt like SP was about to start but then my eyes started twitching like crazy. I just let it happen and it eventually calmed down enough for SP to take over.

I would suggest sitting in pitch black darkness for several minutes before attempting to WILD. This gives your eyes time to adjust to the darkness that closing your eyelids causes. They will be calm, relaxed, and shouldn't cause you as much problem. Alot of times once hitting SP or beginning to hit SP an intense eye twitching will occur and it is simply one of the many hallucinations that can occur during SP. Don't forget that REM stands for Rapid Eye movement, so once you have started the transition, your eyes will move as you look around at the HI, etc. Just try to relax your eyes and don't pay much attention to them. Moving your eyes around doesn't mean you have to start the WILD process all over again. Just don't worry to much about it and try to let it pass in and out of your mind. Good luck to you!

I get crazy muscle spasms all over and have for my whole life. a year and a bit ago I started having twitching in my ear drums (annoying as hell).
later that year I had my first out of body experience and upon snapping back to reality my ears were twitching like mad. since then I've had a few more and I always get the twitching ear drums going along with it.

I started thinking the two were related so I looked into it, sure enough the increased vibrational energy within the body prior to these experiences seemed to be the culprit.

if it bothers you up the b-vitamins or take st. john's wort tea...that worked for me.
      (twitching ear drums suck)
