      First WILD attempt ( Fail)

Hey guys! Last night I tried to WILD. Went to bed at 22.00 and woke up at 4.30 then I was awake 20 minutes hearing some binaural beats. Then I layed on my bed, on my stomach (correct english? xD) then I concentrated on my breathing. When past 5 minutes I felt a huge will to swallow but I controlled it, by concentrating on my breathing. My body was very relaxed, and I felt it a bit heavy but it wasnt SP. I only saw those figures that you see when you make some pressure on your eyes when they are closed. I made this through some 40 minutes and then I think that I fell asleep. But I think I woke up fast because of my huge will to swallow and the first thing I did when I woke up was swallowing ( instant reflex) and then I moved and fell asleep. Was I close to SP? What was the problem? The time which I stayed awake was little? I was I in a bad position? My will to swallow (next time I will elevate more my head to prevent this from happening)? Thanks for your attention! Stay well

I guess you were close to SP.
The problem was to keep your mind awake, try do some counting or thing of the alphapet and then an object on the letter or anything to keep the mind awake.
Most people prefer to lay on the back with the arms at the side of the body.
I found that putting the pillow a little bit futher down the back so it tilts the head a little bit further back (like when you're standing up and a going to watch the sky) make the swallow reflex go away a little bit more.
      Good Luck

Also, it helps to count breaths, and numbers down from 100.. If you do what oros said with the pillow, it does really help a lot. Hope for a great success and it will be.
