Its been about 2 1/2 years since I have been lucid dreaming on a regular basis. I have been traveling Europe with friends and now am going to uni. About 3 years ago I was using WILD and DEILD on a fairly regular basis and produced about 3 lucid dreams a week. Lately I have been screwing around with them again since I have a stable schedule and want to get serious again. So far no lucid dreams at all but I want to start a post her showing what I am doing and what is working / not working. I hope to post what I am doing and how I am doing it to keep myself motivated and maybe motivate all of you |
