I had approx. 4 hours of sleep last night, so do you think I would be able to WILD right away due to REM rebound? I've tried it before, but my main problem is thinking too much when I try to WILD. I'll be laying completely still but I'll be thinking a lot so it won't work. The times I've come close to WILDIng were a. late at night (so I was sleepy) and b. I wasn't trying to WILD, I was just trying to go to sleep. So do you think its possible and any tips on how to think less? Oh, and what would be a recommend time to go to sleep? Thank you!
