      Have had 4 hours of sleep- immediate WILD due to REM rebound?

      I had approx. 4 hours of sleep last night, so do you think I would be able to WILD right away due to REM rebound? I've tried it before, but my main problem is thinking too much when I try to WILD. I'll be laying completely still but I'll be thinking a lot so it won't work. The times I've come close to WILDIng were a. late at night (so I was sleepy) and b. I wasn't trying to WILD, I was just trying to go to sleep. So do you think its possible and any tips on how to think less? Oh, and what would be a recommend time to go to sleep? Thank you!

      Your best bet is to WILD during a nap after getting less than 5 hours of sleep during the night.

      But if you wait 'till bed, then I wouldn't recommend trying to WILD right away. Get a little bit of sleep first, and then make an attempt.

      Also, I wouldn't try to stop thinking so much as not pay it any mind.

      Just my two cents.
