Alternatives?

A few parts of Wilding I just can't do so I'm wondering the alternatives of such steps?

- Alarm Clock
I can't set an alarm clock it would wake up my family, plus I don't have one.

- Drinking lots of water
I'm a deep sleeper so that won't work, also can you train yourself to sleep light?

- Falling back to sleep in the morning
I wake up very alert and ready to move, I'm never tired enough to fall back asleep.

- Getting someone to wake me
Besides that being hard, I'm a deep sleeper and if someone tries to wake me I yell and attack them, without remembering it

You do wake up naturally at some point in the night right?

That's your chance.

If you want to wake up at a specific time, use a mantra before going to sleep: "I will wake up at 4AM" for instance.

No, I sleep 8 hours and wake up, I don't have insomnia

Not true. You wake up several times every night, you just don't remember it.

Well let me put it this way, I don't wake up enough to do a WILD or MILD, now if could use a mantra to do an automated WILD you're on to something lol.

Make yourself. Have you ever experienced yourself waking up a few minutes before your alarm goes off in the morning? That's the power of the mind. If you really want to wake up in the middle of the night you can. It's all a matter of determination.

I have no alarm so no, but I understand what you mean, although telling me I just need to want to wake up more is not that great of advice lol, but I will try I guess.
