it doesnt quite work like that. If your circadian clock (internal clock) senses that you missed a REM cycle the previous night, It will just sleep harder and extend all currently scheduled REM cycles by a small amount. (these are perfect circumstances, results may vary.) But, your welcome to try WILDing before you go to bed, its just a little harder due to all the stress you've accumulated through out the day. REM sleep is weird... we, as humans, still do not know alot about it. |
