      WILD Questions

      I just can't do this, I get very close and muck up several times in a row, so I have to ask a quick question.

      When I reach HI what do I do? I ask this because every time I reach Hi, I either remove myself from it by realising that I am actually in HI, or I fall asleep. Any suggestions?

      Basically the only thing you need to do during this phase is ignore it. Some people can use HI to transition into a LD but for most people ignoring it is the best option. Try to clear your mind of everything, even talking to yourself. Dont exert to much brainpower either, dont try too hard. You should try transitioning back to breath counting there. But your so close
