So I try to WILD occasionally, but never have succeed. What usually happens is that I will try doing it BEFORE going to bed and fail unprecedentedly. I mean just sitting there, drooling trying not to swallow, wasting 2 hours trying to successful have an experience lol.

So, yesterday I think was the second time I've tried to WILD in the morning, which I have read is MUCH easier. So I woke up this morning at 5:45 (Feel asleep circa 11:30-12:00) and attempt one after walking around for 15 minutes trying to relax and prepare for it. I turning on the lights (i don't know if that's wrong) ate some cereal and attempted it (at 6:00). What usually happens is I enter SP but never advance. This time however, I experienced that "heavy wave" feeling and FAINT i mean VERY FAINT vibrations. SO.. I was excited I was getting somewhere . I believe when you feel vibrations you are suppose to be able to (or very very close) to WILDING.

So my questions are:

1. How long should I stay awake after I wake up. I see a lot of different views out there.
2. Should I try to wild laying on my back (which is not my usual position however recommended at lucidology stuff at youtube)
3. Swallowing, how f**cking important is not swallowing. Its like my Achilles heel I drool so bad.
4. Breathing, how can I figure out my natural sleeping breathing rate, how important is breathing?
etc etc

These questions are very important to me . If someone out there can help that would be great.

also, last question,

When WILDING. the "exit" stage from reality to dream land, what different approaches are there and what do you guys find is the easiest.
