So I've always had problems falling asleep, because I can't turn my thoughts off; my inner dialogue. I've attempted to WILD twice now, and I've achieved (and I don't know if this is a normally experienced stage) the state where you lose all connection with the physical body; it came a bit after I reached SP. But my inner dialogue kicked in due to sheer fascination and I lost all progress
So I was thinking, if I can't obliterate my inner dialogue; I'll use it to my advantage! Because WILDing is so similar to meditation I was thinking about using the common meditation practice of repeating "OM."

Of all the experienced WILDers, have any of you tried this? Or would this be a recommend method? For somebody who has a bit of a case of ADD haha
