Hard to get to SP because of adrenaline rushes

Every time I attempt to WILD, all goes well until the initial wave of SP comes on, at which point I get a sort of adrenaline rush which freezes SP in its tracks. I am not frightened, maybe just excited/anxious? It takes me nearly 30 minutes for the SP to actually envelope me... anything I can do to stop this?

SP takes 20-30 min. It is normal. If you can somehow control the anxiousness, sp will come sooner. Over time you will get used to how it feels and SP will come sooner and sooner so just keep practicing.

I'm used to SP but I still get this feeling. It makes me feel like i'm standing up or floating instead of laying on my bed

Yesterday, at around 3 am I had my first WILD. I attempted to WILD on my back first... and failed. I rolled around trying to get to sleep for a couple minutes, then turned face down. A couple seconds later BAM SP came in about 2-3 seconds and then I consistently hear this weird sound in both my ears, kinda jumping back from the left to right... I then felt a sinking feeling and looked up. I appeared to be in my same bed, except there was a weird american flag patterned blanket draped on the top. I tried to get up but I was still in SP, so I tried to alter my breathing pattern at which SP left. I got up... and thats all i can remember.

But Is it weird to anyone that SP came and enveloped me so fast? In the past it takes me nearly 30 minutes just to get SP in my legs and arms. Then it just came in a couple of seconds...

Maybe not. Both my wilds so far came around suddenly and I do not recall going into SP prior, as I was just trying to fall asleep normally. All I remember is trying to go to sleep and then bam, I felt myself slide off my bed.
