I've read some of the other posts and searched around for a good hour, but I can't find stuff that I haven't already done pertaining to WBTB. I've woken up at 3 am, right smack dab in the middle of an REM dream (getting eaten by giant aliens from AVP - scary as hell), taken a shower, eat a chocolate bar, but nothing seems to really work. I've came extremely, extremely close via doing it before I sleep, but when I WBTB i'm either a) too alert, or b) too sleepy. Halp!
