      How can I WBTB?

      I've been having some trouble lately with WBTB. I sleep through the night, and so I can't wake up. Are there any suggestions that people may have? Before you reply you should know what I have and do not have.

      I do not have:
      A cell phone
      Any vibrating alarm
      Another person to wake me up

      I have:
      A alarm clock (but if I set it it will wake up everyone I live with)
      A light
      A bedside light
      3 windows

      Thanks in advance for any answers that may be given to me, everything is appreciated.

      Do you have lots of water? If so, drink it before going to bed. You'll wake up well in advance of your usual 6-8 hours of sleep.

      It's natures alarm clock.

      Oh, darn it. I forgot to put this in.

      I drank 3 small cups of water before going to bed at first, which worked. But now it doesn't any more. Do you think I should drink more water?

      Sorry about that, wasn't thinking when I posted.

      Well, I use my iPod alarm. It's quite and I put it right next to my head. I wake up to it without a problem.

      You could try doing Auto Suggestion

      Thanks, this seems like a great idea. Do you know a song that will wake me up without giving me a jolt? It would be much appreciated (I don't really want to snap awake).
