      Are there those who which mMILd just refuses to work

      Im just generally interested, as MILD has NEVER WORKED FOR ME ever.

      Like everyone suggests it as the best technique but it never worked for me, ever.

      Then i tired active one and it worked in a few days, so whats the deal? is it cause i have bunch of mental disorders and doubt everything i do

      Tell me exactly, every single thing you have done to try a MILD, it might help to see where you went wrong or right depending on what you did.

      If you set yourself thinking that it doesn't work for you, it won't work for you. That's for sure.

      Yes I have had MILD work, but it is a harder technique imo. Easier is DILD and WBTB.

      Who suggests to you that it is the best technique? It could be simply that it is the wrong technique for you personally. Have you ever had any luck with just the good old DILD?
      What are you doing for your Dream Journaling? The core principle utilizes prospective memory - the ability to remember to perform a future task, so as to prepare yourself to remember that you dreaming whilst dreaming. Therefore, it is wise to develop your prospective memory skills during your waking hours, to increase your chances of success. Also, if you are someone who is a visual learner.

      And yes, @moonageDaydream mentioned, if you are expecting yourself to fail then it will fail.

      FILD worked for me, DILD i dont think has ever worked either, I do dream journel, i wrote down the day and how many dreams along with all that I can remember.

      I think its probably cause of that, im a pessimist so MILD i dont think ever worked for me, and no DILD never worked for me either.

      I do have a bunch of neurological issues which may be the reason why non active techniques dont work for me in general (adhd, ocd, bipolar, autism, anxiety, depression) vs active techniques like FILD do work for me sometimes.

      I do know DILD and WILD are more categories

      Im one of those weirdoes who only seems to have success with WILD types, i had a near lucid today with FILD though i didnt make it across the transition
