      Spine-tingling

Hey, I was having trouble getting to lucidity and now im getting there often but not being there for more than a minute. I've looked up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spine-tingling and i need some help or some information.

When I figure out im dreaming I don't get excited I remain Calm and everytime this happens, I get Chills down my spine and with that I wake up.
Im unsure why this keeps happening EVERYTIME now I realize i'm dreaming I get Spine-tingling and results of me waking up. Any thoughts ??

Sounds to me your LD happens at the edge of a dream. It may be SP that I think happens when the body is waking up to conciousness. It could also be caused by your sleeping position maybe your matress is not supporting your spine properly?

I'm sure you will get out of this, it is very exciting to hit the realization but you will get used to the feeling and feel more in control.
