(2 previous attempts had gpc 1.5 hours before the g+c=terrific results also; and 1 hour before=quite good result. So anywhere from 55 minutes to 90 minutes between the gpc and the g+c is producing nice results)

Only posting the occasional LD here on DV, too time consuming.

flying while singing-2songs with the background music-mostly the classic fly like an eagle - The Steve Miller Band, switch=i want to get away-I want to fly away-Lenny Kravitz, switch-back to classic song when Kravitz song doesn't have the same exhilarating effect. Flying, singing and enjoying the music for a good while.



ocean view!!! amazing view down a good size drop off, sunny day, people in the water and on the beach so colorful I was almost in tears at the beautiful, consistent, lasting scene my dreaming mind was providing to the point that I got concerned about dream stability due to the strong emotions. I calmed myself and then started to edge my way down to that beach but visual issues so I flew back up to the busy market scene I started from.


Cousin M and another cousin. I enjoy seeing them. It feels as heartwarming as if we were actually together and not many many miles apart.

I meet a beautiful young lady maybe only 19 or 20. We are attracted to each other but I am not as sexually charged as other times. She tells me she is a virgin. I asked her if she wanted me to show her the ropes. So cute-she said not yet-I say okay-Let's meet BackHereInDreamlandEveryYear around the Summer until you are ready.

I meet another mate and she is game to have sex but says that her boyfriend is controlling and won't like it so I will have to take care of him first. I say show me where he is. She takes me a short distance to the covered but open structure where it is a little dark inside and her boyfriend is there with a guy and they seem to be having sex. There is also another set of 2 guys seemingly having sex also. The boyfriend sees me with her and he comes out wanting to fight and I smash his head with one powerful clap, more like a cartoon smash with no gruesome effects. The other 3 guys come out to challenge me and I do the same exact thing to each of them, dispatching with them quickly so I can get back to sex with my new "girlfriend."

Handsome face slap. I see a DC guy with a strikingly handsome face and I give him a friendly light slap on his handsome mug. I say I am not into you but damn you are a handsome looking guy.

I see a mirror and take a look. The visuals of me in the mirror are distorted. I think of goal/peg#4 show me the best way to have more lucid dreams-I see a version of me graying and wearing glasses…hmm…are they reading glasses maybe suggesting to read more? (now I think it could represent time, I can have more LD's by simply putting in more time, with the passing of time). I tell one of the DC's: next time tell me this is dream and for me to look at my hands. I repeat this 4-5 times and practice looking at my hands in the dream where it may be better reinforced I am thinking.

I see another mirror on the left side of the room and interested to see what I get and this time I am a blondish graying woman in a old fashioned dress that looks like it might be a traditional dress from Europe, maybe Holland but it is not very decorative or fancy. I open up my dress just to see what's underneath but get interrupted. A lady much like the one in the mirror is telling me where she is from and what her name is. I think I could look this up later. I summon a pen and paper and start writing the details. I tell her I can't bring this paper back to the waking world but I can memorize it better once I write it down and I can show you my written understanding of what you said. Her first name I had to rewrite a few times but in the end it was "Pots." I thought during the dream how that is "stop" spelled backwards but ignored that and kept trying to make progress, hoping to get something I can look up when I wake. There was her last name given too but it has slipped from my recall. At first she seemed to indicate she was from the early 1900's (before 1910, seems it was 1908 or 1906) but later she was giving me details that were tied to some time in the 1730's (thinking 1733 or 1737). I wasn't sure what I was missing between the two sets of vastly different time periods there but perhaps it's just the way numbers and words can change in dreams, but at least it wasn't gibberish.


I wake feeling like I had an hour of lucid dreaming but there are memory gaps in the above.

10/22/14 Multiple FA's caught and a-ha moments but not sure how many LD's to count, so just count 2.

*Ironing, water pooling on stairs, Son gets out of bed and starts frantically brushing teeth-weird...wait he's not home.

Started 3rd person, Threesome negotiated between husband, wife and another woman, I come into the scene as the husband, 1st person.

Memory of a first a-ha moment in this last series of lucidity in the late morning but not able to retrace the memory back far enough to recall, probably due to a series of FA's. Parts remembered:

FA: laying in bed holding a large round stick about waist level and twirling it around in the air realizing I am dreaming and how real it feels. Like guitar the other night.

FA to WILD like transition with various HH's, one scene forms with a little boy who I think looks maybe like a girl and I try to morph her into Girl Friday.

FA Apartment/Motel-like - I "wake up" and at first think something along the lines of ok this is my apartment, this is normal/IWL (even though I don't live in an apartment...FA's can be tricky!) I hear water the sound of a shower running and walk that way. Door to shower room is closed. Sink outside is running/filling, water is orangish. Weird...hmm I'm dreaming again, look at mirror and confirmed by feeling sleep mask but not showing in mirror image. Decide Girl Friday will be in shower but dream fades when opening door.

Spin out of fading dream into outdoor courtyard and restaurant and waiter that looks familiar before fading to bed for good. 218 & 219 Night time intention seems more important than ever.

10/21/14 FA thinking about previous dream, caught, stunning Angelina Jolie look-alike, romance, sex, nice butt, most awesome dream breasts ever!(nice size, awesome shape, the size and color of areola, vivid), vivid close up of her"ahem". Wowzers! 217


10/18/14 lucid at seeing a baby or toddlers arm in a position in which it would be propping up his head, but only the arm is visible. Aha. <memory gap> Find a dream guitar and start playing it like I am an awesome guitarist. Three notes using lower strings, three notes using upper strings and then slide my other finger up the guitar (sorry I don't know the terminology...no musician...yet!). Was able to remember the basic sound/rhythm IWL. Feel myself back in bed with my fingers grasping the edge of the bed and I can still almost feel the guitar but it is fading. 216

<gap in lucid nights: late nights, travelling, even a 0 recall night in here with only a memory that I was just dreaming something but can't remember what on that night; other nights varying degrees of recall but most notably low during late late to bed nights and during travel>

10/8/14 Seeing a ghost sitting at the foot of my bed with his head bowed down in shame. I think about my big goal question mentally: "What is the biggest thing holding me back in life?" and start verbalizing by asking the ghost/dc what his name is several times. The name Eric pops into my head. This brings up conflict which I assume is pointing to an inner conflict within myself and this comes in the form of a struggle with the "ghost." This struggle claws at my lucidity until I wake into an FA not caught. Same house, my grandmother's or somewhere visiting her. 215

10/6/14 ja han ska liva; In car and decide with turmoil around the best place to park is just above the ground - okay...I'm dreaming. Get out girl named Becky, about 15, keep going and get onto a bus, mooning people as they get on and go to a dark haired Hispanic? woman and she gives me a bj. I even think for a moment, what if she were to take a bite but I suppressed it well and went on in pleasure! 214

410 D: really cool ride at amusement park (any ride designers credit me!) Hybrid train ride on tracks for all ages. Some cars or seats move independently as it goes along. One kind rotates horizontally, some up and down like a Carousel as it takes you through a long stretch of the park. Wife and son are directed to seats on the near side and back of the train and I am directed to the far side of the train. Do you want me to go around the front of the train or under here (small clearance under train and tracks)? I hurry around the front of the train and it starts to take off without me so I jump on the train its a set of 4 seats in a circle and there are three older guys sitting in the other three seats. I sit down in the fourth seat and look back towards the back of the train and see my wife and son and they're waving for me to come on over. I hop off the train as it starts to move slowly and as I try to make my way over to them the train movement
becomes confusing and I can't make it over to where they are and I lose track of them. There is some kind of like water slide path that goes along the train track and I foot surf down the path having a great time. I wonder if I'm not supposed to be doing this and along the way I see a worker look over at me and I wonder if I'm busted but he keeps walking on. I find them at the end of the path. That was so much fun waking up from even though it didn't seem like I was lucid. If I was it was very low level. Definitely not counting it.

~6am F&Dild F: helping Sj M with something related to my business near the Capitol in a town south of where he currently resides.

DILD: amusement park again I take train as before one quick stop to where the bathroom is but this is more a traditional train but I got on the wrong train and it took me to completely different stop people that got off there were catching a connecting train so ask the conductor of that train where I should go and they said you can catch the same line you were on back to where you started and then catch the correct train. I walked away from there and I saw a girl in one of those corndog Hut like outfits brightly striped and ask her where the nearest bathroom is and she said over there behind such and such some feature at the amusement park and I see a animal faux fur hat/partial mask like for kids (pikachu etc) but a little realistic I think fox. I put it on and start skipping through the park acting silly and I think this may make me look gay to some people and sure enough my subconscious spawned a gay bashing closeted gay that steps into my path and
wants to fight I guess. I say hey dude chill (or something like that) I'm just acting silly and then I go ahead and skip on around him. I see the bathroom and go inside and wash my my hands first and look up at the mirror...Holy Shit I'm dreaming and I'm a black guy. I have high wide set cheekbones, wide nose, medium dark skin, shoulder length dark brown to black trimmed dreadlocks. I take my time to really soak in the face/look. I start making faces to see if like before there would be sync issues. Sure enough there was a delay..I would close one eye and moments later "he" would. It was fascinating! I then went outside no longer concerned with going to the bathroom. I see two boys walking and say look what I can do and I take off flying up ahead a little. Unimpressed I say how about this and I shoot up straight into the air at super speed and then shoot back quickly but slowing down at the last minute landing gently on my feet. Enough of that...I go
flying around the amusement park exploring and start fading back to bed. I woke up thinking the mirror thing was cool but now 12 hours later transcribing from my paper DJ I am a little "weirded out." I have read about one or two people seeing a different person in the mirror...but what the heck is that about?

~740 DILD#2 having trouble sleeping after a bit of a late WBTB. I just remembered about how I saw myself in HI's in the last night or two and note it down. Also noted how weird it was to look in the mirror during the WBTB right after that LD. I don't feel like trying to WILD. I think about how i didn't get to any goals or contest items and remember i need to do step 2 telekinesis which i chose because I don't remember trying it before. I eventually fall asleep. I am in this giant Conference Center like what I was in recently with escalators and all and I am noticing lots of beautiful women going by and then I notice but I'm floating around the place just above the floor and realize that I'm dreaming. I'm having a lot of fun just checking out all the beautiful women while fly floating about and I start to get a little mischievous and beside the try out the telekinesis. Using telekinesis, I am pulling down the womens clothes with a simple motion of my
hand through the air including one that looks a little like Girl Friday. Then something on happens it is like the scene is playing in front of me on two separate huge movie screens and I'm watching this group of 3 women putting another woman up like a pyramid for cheer and the same thing is happening over to the left as well but the one on the right is closer to me and I watch curious if they are able to perform the maneuver. They are also out of sync - the two screens. Could this be a residue from recalling the earlier lucid dream where the mirror image was out of sync? . The woman on top tumbles down and her hair gets stuck in the escalator and I have no interest in watching anymore of that. I look away or possibly close my eyes and find myself back in bed. (too tired to look for typos, gotta go to bed soon)
