    1. hubbie's dreams

I could get used to snoring, or sleeping next to my husband would be impossible. What I can't get used to is the violent dreams he's been having for months. He isn't having complete sleep paralysis during these dreams, so he's kicking, running, and a occasionally punching in his sleep next to me. I'm no stranger to lucid dreaming, actively controlling dreams I don't like, and keeping sketch pad full of drawings based on dream images. My husband on the other hand can rarely remember even tiny fragments of his dreams, has only achieved lucidity a couple of times in his life, and has no control over his dream content.
All I know is that there's a waterfall in a tropical setting, and he's on a mission with a team of elite female soldiers who use psychic powers and weapons like the blasters in Star Wars. He's female too. It's some planet other than Earth and the local culture is in the middle of a civil war. The team gets ambushed and most of them die.
He's a big strong guy, and his acting out this dream while he's in bed next to me is a bit of a problem. It's hard for me to sleep when I'm constantly watching out to avoid getting kicked. Thank goodness he always rolls to his left before punching and I sleep to his right. Oddly, he's left handed and has been punching with his right while guarding with his left during the dream. I would expect him to do the reverse.
      Advice welcome.
