Thread: Listening to Binaural Beats when not sleeping?

During the day when I'm on my computer, I like to listen to stuff like:

Pretty much meditation and relaxation music.
But what if I listened to Binaural Beats during the day, when I have no intent of sleeping? Stuff like:

Will it help me with getting lucid dreams? Will it enhance my dream experience?
Coincidentally, when the one day I did listen to it in the evening, I had a much more vivid dream, whereas when I listened to relaxation music in the evening, my dreams have been kind of groggy. Not sure if it has to do with the music, or if it's an on and off dry spell, but hm...

So far, no lucid dreams, but each day when I wake up, I know it's best to smile and think at least I remembered a dream (well.......).
