Get back to lucid

Hi i was doing a lucid for a while and i did a pause, i had about 15lucids.
About 4 weak ago i was did my first wild, i wake up at night and i think i should try wild

i was in the state where i was in dream but the same time i wasnt and first time of all my trying with wild i did stayed relaxes and keep watching what happens and after 10 sec about i dont know realy i get into dream like i was in but if i start focusing on getting full in i wake up as always happened before but this time i was cool with it and moment i see images and other moment felt like im going in and then i was in

How to get back to all this lucid stuff

what can you offer me like dream journal ofcourse reality checks, and who can boost my procces for faster lucids?

I think you can pick one or two techniques and just stick with it for a month to see what happens. For me it's always a mix anyway. Try to MILD as I go back to sleep, but I don't keep chanting mantras forever, if I feel like I have a good feeling about it, I just keep thinking about the feeling and try to catch myself going into a dream, which I imagine as a weird WILD. And every time I wake up during the night I take that as a WBTB chance and redo the above. So really every night you get a few shots at this.

I just started practicing with a good routine lately and I had one lucid yesterday, and two this morning! They were all very short, but this is actually the first time I had lucid dreams one day after the other, which before I always subconsciously told myself was impossible because I wouldn't be that lucky, lol.
