A very easy new lucid dreaming technique [START Technique]

      Hi all,

For the past couple of months, I've been field testing a new approach to reality checks. It seems that by engaging the social areas of the brain and adding an unpredictable random element, we can, surprisingly successfully, help program dream characters to aid us in lucidity.

I've created a video to share the technique, which I'm calling START - Socially Triggered Awareness Reality Test.

The technique is almost ridiculously simple, so is a great way for beginners to dip their toes into the subject. It also has a handy side effect for experienced lucid dreamers.

Anyway, rather than write an essay, here's a video outlining the technique.

I've also put together a few products to help with the technique, but they're entirely optional - but they're mentioned in the video for my subs who want to support my work (just mentioning this for transparency).

Anyway, I hope some of you find it useful. It's absolutely worth a try - and has a nice side effect of helping you meet other lucid dreamers

      Here's the video:

This is very similar to a technique I use that uses other people to trigger my awareness since I encounter many people during my morning and afternoon commute.

This is very interesting! Not only for inducing lucidity, but also for meeting other lucid dreamers. I'm not sure whether I see myself actually doing this, but I'm really curious about the results
"The scariest, most terrifying thing that I fear?
      My imagination."
-"I thought you were going to say 'Fear, itself'."
"Then you have a small imagination."

"You mustn't be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling."
