      easy LD technique!

Recently I found a technique in a website that has introduced a very easy and guaranteed way to enter into dream state which can be use to have lucid dreams.
(you can google this sentence and find the web site " how to see through your third eye in one single day)

I have tried this method for 3 times since yesterday and every time it worked! Not only for me but for ever one who has tried it in that website! Here is the technique:

      1. Do WBTS (waking up and going to sleep)
      2. Before falling to sleep, tell yourself you will wake up several times spontaneously.
      3. After waking up spontaneously, try not to move. But that's ok if you move a little.
      4. When you are falling asleep again, open your eyes for a second and see the wall in front of you and then close your eyes.
      5. Try to visualize the wall in front of you as you fall sleep.
      6. After10 to 20 seconds, you are able to see that wall and your room with your third eye.
      7. In that state, you are in your dream or maybe astral realm!
      8. Congratulations!

This method Has worked 100% up until now!

This sounds to me like a WBTB + MILD or DEILD

Please keep us informed on how this carries on if it works for you.
My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.

The technique is basically DEILD. The visualization trick is definitely worth trying and sounds promising. I will try this tonight and let you know tomorrow how it went

The only important thing about this method is to perform it at least 6 hours after sleep when we are not very tired at all. I tried it this morning again. After waking up I closed my eyes immediately and tried to see the wall in front of me with its every details on it like shadow and dust on it. After some seconds I could see the wall behind my closed eyelids! There was also another being in my room.

In this technique if nothing happens after 20 seconds, you should fall sleep and try it after you wake up again as you must be in REM sleep.

I absolutely love when this happens! In one of my DEILD attempts I visualized a different scenary and suddenly I hear, feel and smell this new environment and was like "Woah!". Basically your thoughts manifests and you create your own world through intention, like a God! But the wall approach was smart as well, what I also like to do though because unfortunately it's a very common feeling for me to experience, is that I imagine holding my phone in my hands, and if I feel it, well I am basically laying in a non-physical bed and can just get up in what ever way I want because I am dreaming that I am in my bedroom.

      Sweet dreams yaya!

I've had three attempts tonight but in all three chances I fell asleep lol. I'll keep to trying this until I get a good result.

MasterMind, sounds like your visualization skill is good (according to phone case) ! for some people like me whose visualization is not good, trying to see the wall which is a simple geometric shape with color and some details on it (dots or shadow) is suitable. Also the point is not just visualizing the wall but also trying to see the wall through the closed eye lids. In fact, we should feel something is in front of us which needs to be viewed by our eyes! please share any result you get from this technique (from vivid dreams to FA and LD)

So you fell sleep? that's OK! there is a simple solution to prevent you from falling sleep prematurely.
when you try to see the wall from your closed eyelids by visualizing it, roll your eyes toward your forehead (third eye). In this way, you would stay alert! In fact you are trying to see the wall above you through your third eye located at your forehead. Don't worry if it may interfere your sleeping. As the eyes are the only organ in the body which don't paralyze, then this movement of the eye toward the third eye does not destroy your relaxation. I hope it help this time!

Yea my visualization skill is probably slightly better than the average person, since I have practised it for years.
However the phone test is not something you have to see, only feel. Like if you right now closed your eyes and tried to feel like you were holding your phone or another familar object like a pen in your hand and actually felt it!
All non-physical sensations work as a test to see if you are in a dream.

You can imagine hearing your favorite song or even a voice of a person you meet alot.

And this is what have happened to me while doing these tests:

      Senses used: SIGHT
The first time I successfully DEILDed was when I woke up from a long vivid dream, and upon awakening I closed my eyes and imagined the dream I just had experienced.
I felt that my mind somehow felt slightly different, it can't be explained, but I remember that I had a different kind of consciousness. Then as I closed my eyes my thoughts felt more real and close, and as I imagined the recalled dream I was sucked into that visualization. Suddenly I was sitting in a car and was amazed of how real the thought felt but then I thought "wait a minute I am inside a dream!"

      Senses used: HEARING
I woke up in the middle of the night and I somehow started to think about how strange it was that our brain can remember the sound of a person's voice.
I started to imagine hearing different people I know in real life speak. Like imagining my best friend rambling about a game he had played, then I imagined hearing a song I like to listen to, but suddenly it took life on it's own and I really heard the song. But I still had closed eyes and felt that I was laying in my bed.
I went up, the song stopped and I was walking around in my room thinking about how this technique could be used, but then suddenly,
I wake up in my bed...

      Senses used: TOUCH
I woke up and closed my eyes, my mind was tired and instead og thinking of a phone, as I had planned to do, I thought about holding a rock.
I then felt that I was holding a rock in my hands and I felt the texture of it. I went out of my bed and now I knew it was a dream, so I jumped out through my glass window and flew around.

So you see, the funny thing about this test is that you don't actually have to be good at visualizing, it happens automatically if you are in the dream or close to dreaming. And if nothing happens one should as you say fall back to sleep. But my personal advice to add, would be to reality check first!

As others have said, this is DEILD, but DEILD is the only LD technique that works for me without fail. The hard part is not moving when you wake up

      hey yaya.
does it still work for you?
this technique is pretty close to the raduga's technique but without the cycling stuff.
it is a good base for doing DEILD even when you don't remember any dream just before.

Yes. it works...but my problem is that any WILD or DEILD only work for me if i use multiple alarms (every 15 minutes, to wake me up without moving). that really f... my mind and is over whelming. so i only try these things just casually. my main method of practice if self-awareness and DILD plus master Glexier WILD method (specially his new version of WILD which is at the end of his first page post)

I started to use my RemDreamer as a "micro awakening" help, and I am trying several kind of WILD/DEILD techniques, as Raduga's technique, but not only, to find what works the best for me.

I saw your post on the other thread. The technique you are talking about sounds like some kind of full consciousness.
I practiced this as a kind of meditation : full consciousness meditation : you try to scan everything you can hear/smell/feel around you. It is, in a way, the exact contrary of meditations that consist in focusing on one and only one thing.
I find this kind of meditation (full consciousness) easier, so applying this one to a WILD technique sounds interesting.
I will give a try to this technique.
