I Thought Of This. Plz Tell Me What You Think

I was thinking to maybe help get a better feeling of like your in a Dream (bare with me i dont really know how to start if off) in reality, would to use your non-dominate hand at some moments through out the day.. Because we all know when we use our non domiinate hand it feels really weird because we are not use to it..So it feels strange...sorta like when things in your dreams feel strange, you ask yourself if u are dreaming..

I was thinking maybe it will help us get a better feel of like "WHOA THIS IS ODD, am i dreaming?" type thing u know..

I dont know, tell me what u all think

      thankz

that's actually a good idea. at the very least it will increase awareness, which is a key prerequisite for lucidity.

i sometimes eat left-handed in order to maintain awareness through a whole meal, instead of mindlessly reading a newspaper while scarfing it down

      it does feel dreamlike.

      George Bernard Shaw

No theory, no ready-made system, no book that has ever been written will save the world. I cleave to no system. I am a true seeker. - Mikhail Bakunin
