      Hi from a new LD'er

      Hi Folks,

      just saying hi. I've only recently (past 6 months) started playing with my dreams. Keeping a journal, and got good at recall. Tried DILD (little success); WILD (more success) and Wake-back-to-bed (most success).

      Had a few LDs, some weird WILD stuff and night-terrors, and some hyper-realistic dreams.

      I always liked WBTB most but it's not really a method by itself...it's a practice that leads towards a DILD or WILD.

      We tend to be a little acronym crazy around here.
