      Hi Everyone,

      Just saying hello. I only heard about lucid dreaming for the first time a few days ago and haven't had a lucid dream yet but can't wait!

      I'm reading up on everything I can find, but if anyone has any tips on where's best to start that would be great!

      Hey. Have you tried any technique so far? Reality checks and dream journal are very important. How good is your dream recall?

      Ive been keeping a dream journal for two weeks now, and been doing reality checks for the last 6-7 days but still no lucid dreams

      How long does it usually take to have your first one?
