Question 5 Second sleep and Dream

i feel tired and fall sleep during day time unexpectedly while i am inactive, listening to music, during class time, reading something and wile i am in public transport.
this sleep last around 5 or maybe rarely 10 seconds. but when i wake up i dont remember when i fell asleep and every time i see a dream. My dream sometimes linked to my past memories and known people, but sometime its completely unknown places and unfamiliar people. But as i wake up i remember everything clearly for few seconds but as time passes hours and days, all those dreams gets faded.
can anyone can explain this? why and what is this happening to me?

      I think that's called Narcolepsy: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narcolepsy

Sorry, that's all I've got. (I haven't researched/read-up-on it specifically, but have read it mentioned a number of times.)

This sounds like a microsleep. Have you been particularly sleep-deprived lately? Entering REM immediately upon falling asleep can be a symptom of that, or it can sometimes be indicative of a number of other sleep disorders. If it has been going on for a long time, or happens often enough to interfere significantly with your normal life, you should consider seeing a qualified doctor or expert. Falling asleep during activities like operating heavy machinery, driving, etc., is extremely dangerous.
