Thread: Looking for a newbie to adopt

Abilities(what you can do, how often lucid): Well, I know just about every single method from browsing around Dreamviews and such so much If I am truly motivated, I can easily have multiple lucid dreams per week and when I have a "true" lucid (not a crappy one) I can make it fairly realistic.

Interests: Too be honest I don't have many interests I am really interested in lucid dreaming though, I find it to be one of the best things in life

Goals: During the school year, I can't really focus on having lucid dreams due to lack of time (not to say that you can't have lucid dreams during school if you aren't motivated, it is just harder for me). Though, during the summer I'll start keeping a dream journal and doing reality checks more etc. etc. When I do, I can have many lucid dreams per night. My plan is over the summer, regain confidence in myself (lucid dreaming - wise) and
A) have frequent lucid dreams, one per night at least
B) Higher my dream recall, I used to remember several per night but it is getting less frequent. My goal is about 5 per night.
C) One of my greatest goals is to higher my dream realism in lucid dreams. I plan to have incredibly real lucid dreams.
D) Another goal for lucid dreams is to get better control. I will be able to have complete control of all of my dreams.

Amount of time you've been having lucid dreams: About a year and a half or so...

Anyways, I'm not the greatest lucid dreamer at this point, but I will probably have many solutions to any problems you might have concerning dreams (I'm not an expert on some methods or dream interpretation either, but I can give it a shot). Anyways, if you want me to "adopt you," then just PM me or another one of the dreamguides to set something up.

Um, I have lots of dreams about fish and animals. I don't have many LD but I do have vivid dreams. My recall is in need of some work and I have had only two false awakenings along with half of a WILD. I am also interested in dream interpretation.

I like being outside and hanging out with friends. I draw during some of my free time and I like to think about life and nature. I guess I have a soft heart and I tend to look out for others or stand up for them.

Next year I plan to go to college and hope to major in natural resources.

I have not been a lucid dreamer all of my life. I only found out about LD from my philosophy class a few months ago.

Hey! I'm Matt...I live in Europe now, but I am moving back to the US in the summer...

I know tons about lucid dreaming, but i havn't worked on some of the rare induction techniques such as DILD, UILD, etc...I have alot on my hands and i don't become lucid every night, but i do every month, they are quite random, but i can say that this is one thing that i will practice forever!

Stuff i like to do to waste my 'precious' youth...

Entertaining my girlfriend is definately at the top of my priorities, so its not at the top of the list, but i love her.

i am jesse (dingle), and i am not the best when it comes to haveing LD's. i have had three, but have not been able to control anything (yet). i had the one by useing WILD, and the others i woke up after a night's sleep. i like to hear what is on people's minds, i also like to write and surprise people by doing unusual actions. a few goals of mine are: learn violen, go to college (for pshyciatry), and to get a new girlfriend. i have been trying to have lucid dreams since (i believe it was) december. i would love to adopt a noobie, and i'm sure they would love their new home.

although i must admit, i dread the day my little noobie grows up to be a strong young lucid master.

Abilities: I am pretty good at a sort of mixture between WILD and MILD. When it doesn't result in a LD because of WILD then the MILD part generally does the work....Lucid every 2 to 3 days...(currently in a bit of a dry spot, 1 per week for the last 2 weeks )

Interest: The truth...Anything that will make me learn more about life and understand it a bit better. I like psychology, I like Incubus, and I like LDing....

Goals: To help someone as a mentor and help him as much as I can. On a personal side, I would like to be lucid more often, retain lucidity for longer periods and work on a higher lucidity level....

Amount of time you have been LDing: Since I joined the forum(about 3 months)

Relevant: I must also warn people that, although I can be very articulate and intelectual at times(when I want too), I like being chaotic and senseless and most of the times am. Very. No, more than that. You are still way off. Exactly!!!! Now multiply that by 2!!!! You got it!!!!

i can always Lucid dream, whenever i want to, but pretty much could naturally...i pretty much tell myself 'i want to lucid dream' and i do...which isnt to say i dont know the steps for those who aren't natural dreamers, it just means i was already at the top of the staircase to begin with ;p

my goals are just to have fun...im here at the boards more for the social aspect than the dreaming stuff...the LDing is just kinda a nifty side-effect...

...anyway, alot of people around here say im funny, but i wouldnt go believing them if i were you, alot of people around here also like truthbearer, so that says something ;p ...i like to joke around alot, but i can be serious too...

I am *quite* knowledged in the field, and have been lucid 6 times knowing what they were, and several times before not knowing wtf was happening. I have no problem flying and such. I find it hard to MILD, let alone WILD, because I take ages getting to sleep. And yet it comes so easily for some people...

Interests:
Writing, psychology, science, british comedy (no american crap), programming.

Goals:
To sleep like a baby . On a more serious note, I want to become lucid at will.

Interests: Dreams! Artisic expression. Meditation. Books! Puzzles! Fragrances (vanilla... yum...) Movies! Music (I always have headphones on, even when I'm sleeping!)
