A daughter of leprechauns and fairies,
She tended to their gardens.
They favored her,
Giving her flowers more beautiful than they had ever given any human.

At night,
The woodland fairies would call out to the frogs,
Summoned, they would all gather to sing under the starry night sky.
All who rested their head under my grandma's care, would sleep with the sound of the guardian frogs.

In the morning,
Ever thoughtful of those under her care,
Grandma would summon the birds to peacefully wake her sleeping charge.
Of course the birds complied, who would deny the daughter of leprechauns and fairies?

My sweet grandma,
You will be missed and the love that emanates today will never go away,
But I know the light fairy's will take you to their most wonderful surprise yet.
A place full of dragonfly's and humming birds, and of course blooming gardens...all waiting for your magical touch.

They welcome you with open arms. Their daughter. The daughter of leprechauns and fairies.
