There are a lot of things to consider, and in truth it may be a difficult decision to make. Consider the money, the chance of getting a job, how much you'd enjoy it, how much work it would take, how busy you would be, how many years of school it would take, how much good it would do the world, etc. It will probably not be easy.
If, when you're out of high school, you still don't think you know what you want to do, if you're still deciding between a few different things, you should take courses in all of them. Even though it would put you a year behind, it is better to do that than to choose a specific degree and then later decide it was all for nothing, or feel like you can't go back now even though you don't like what you've planned to do, and spend your life with some job you don't want.
