      seeing faces before falling asleep

I feel like I'm going out my mind, every night I lie in bed and close my eyes I see faces and animals its like another world of floating thing. Its scary because some of the faces are looking straight at me with anger, I have never seen these faces before but when I try to focus on them they seem to come to my face more quickly and disapear then another face will apear. I some times see building and places iv never seen before. I am full aware when this is happening. Just last nite I had my eyes open and I could see like a mist above my head when I touched it it was like it stuck to me and felt so real, while this was happening I seen a face on the wall and it was changeing from one horror face to another. I hope you have a ansawer to why this is happening to me. X

Well, there are a number of reasons this could be happening. First I'll ask, do you take any medications to get to sleep?

That's normal. As you fall asleep the mind starts to shut down certain activities necessary for proper conceptualization.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

It still could be happening more strongly for some reasons, though. The opening your eyes and seeing and feeling a mist and faces on the walls sounds a lot like something that can happen if you're sensitive to diphenhydramine or other anticholinergic sleep aids.

Many folks who do serious meditation recommend calling on higher power, angels , "the universe" for protection from astral entities ..... BEFORE meditating
anyone opening themselves to altered states would do well to consider this as well
The astral planes have risks as well as opportunities, so it's good to have the right mindset and someone (in spirit) you trust to call on for help ....
I have this happen at times and ask for spiritual help to clear it, if I can't do it "myself" by sending light to clear the source.

Perhaps you are in some sort of trance where the dream is mixing with the "real" world
Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake

Sounds like a very powerful warlock is sending you angry faces in bed because he's very angry with you. What I'm saying is that the most logical explanation is that you are under a magic spell.
