      for me its the sound/ feeling of my nails on rough plastic. you know lik u find on those cheap 3-ring binders? i can barely type just thinking about it!!!! when ever i feel/hear it i do a sort of combination shiver and cringe and i just endup looking weired. but that sound anoys the hell out of me!!! (wait a second, i have hell in me? *skratches nails on binder* not any more!)
      do a reality check right now!!!
