Try Finale Notepad. It's MIDI but I think you can convert with some program. |

I've been looking for software to write music for games I make, but nothing has been easy enough to use that sound semi-decent. Anvil Studio doesn't work because it's MIDI. FL Studio costs a lot, is hard to use, and doesn't have many instruments other then techno. The others are small-time "free-to-try" deals that are either too weird, hard, or simple to use. |

You can save it as a different type of file and it's really easy to use (kinda) |

Lucid Dreams since Joining: 9, I think.
Tasks Completed: 2
Dream Journal and other cool stuff.
If you can torrent Guitar Pro 5 with the realistic sound engine that one is great, easy to write in and it sounds good afterwards |

When I was in high school I was very ambitious, I wanted to be the Class President but I missed out by only about 3 votes.
So they made me the Class Secretary of Defence.
It's quite easy to convert a MIDI to an mp3 you don't need to download anything, I use this http://www.hamienet.com/midi2mp3 I download music from vgmusic.com and it works with those MIDI's. |
