Ok, do you know how to stomach breathe? (don't know the correct term, it's some Chinese word)
Basically, breathe in deep into your lungs, this is the most relaxing type of breathing. When you get it right you will feel your stomach/abdomen raise up. Put your hands on your lower abdomen area to feel it.
When you have it....
Lie down on your bed with your hands just out from your body, move your arms from your body so your armpits aren't closed. Move your legs a bit apart. Do this breathing technique. You will feel heavy after a while, then do the counting thing someone mentioned. e.g With every descending number I am getting deeper and deeper into hypnosis. 10 - My body is completely at ease.... 9 - I am completely relaxed and limp.... 8 - Deeper now.... 7 - I am going deeper into my sub-conscious. etc.
These don't have to be exact, just anything you think is right.
