Its a good idea to give a technique a proper chance before ruling it out and moving on. Trying a different technique every single night is proably a bit much. The theory behind a lot of the induction techniques and methods is that they imprint the idea and expectation that you are going to have a lucid dream in your sub-conscious, but diferent techniques do this in different ways and so it can take time for them to be effective. |
