      Perfecting // Ignoring Physical Nuisances

Alllright ... so far I have tried MILD and WILD [keyword: tried ]

A really big problem I have when attempting these methods is that I'll get an itch, or I won't feel comfortable enough.
The most annoying one however is that when I try to focus on my breathing (through my mouth) to relax myself, my mouth dries out and this breaks any concentration I have!!! RAWR.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can bypass these petty distractions?

      Eh. It's gonna happen.

My advice is: when you itch, scratch. When your mouth dries out, lick your lips or something. If you don't feel comfortable enough, shift your position slightly. Just take care of the distraction quickly without letting it really distract you from the task at hand.

I sometimes have a lot of trouble falling asleep when trying these methods, but believe me, when you finally get it to work, it will be worth the trouble.

      EXACTLY.

Also, make sure that you are trying these methods at the right time of day/night or else it will be even HARDER to acommplish them. Good luck.

I went to sleep at about 11 and I tried WILD at 4 am... I only waited 10 minutes after being awake because I didnt want to be TOO awake.

At the end of my attempt I started getting this feeling as if my brain was made of lead... it felt really heavy. I think this was probably self induced (having nothing to do with WILD) but does anyone else ever get this feeling?
