lucidity mp3?

I don't know why I haven't given up yet... So many attempts so many forgotten dreams.. But I figure.. Since I got a cell phone that doesn't "Auto-Shutoff" like my old mp3 player.. I was wondering if there was a lucidity mp3 floating around? it's silent for a couple hours then it like beeps or something? allowing you to DEILD or WBTB?

Not just for DEILD or WBTB also for MILD and WILD, it depends on the record. There are ones that last four hours, there are ones for twenty minutes. They work only occasionally, at least for me. All I pratically got from them is ringing in my ears, but you never know untill you try them out, though I suggest you to better listen to audio records which come in a set with LaBerge's Book.
