      Question What Happened?

      Ok, so last night, I decided that I was going to try SP and see where it went. I got to the point that my whole body was numb and it was getting hard to breathe, but all of a sudden it just stopped. I kept my cool the whole time and tried to just let it happen, but it just stopped. This happened twice within a thirty minute period.

      What gives? And also, when you start going into SP, are your eyes supposed to start moving really fast (the beginning of REM)?

      BTW, it never got to the point where I was having hallucinations or hearing strange noises
