Here is what I did last night in having a successful and weird WILD. I used the timed alarm beeping noise found here on the forums at http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/want-s...n-help-100376/, not an alarm that rings softly. Like a loud beep that will jolt you awake. This should do the trick.

1) I set the first time for 300 minutes, followed by 2 8 minute settings, and 20 minute setting. and a final 300 minutes so it doesn't wake you up when in a lucid. I did what the original post said, but it woke me up.

2) After hearing the 20 minute beep don't move or open eyes. You'll be so tired it should be easy to fall asleep.

3) Now become conscious that you are indeed tired. And lay there, try not to think of anything. Within seconds you should start to hear things other than your fan or clock.

4) From there you should be able to have vibrations and such through your body.

5)Once you black out so to speak, you might wake up again, but this time try a reality check, and you should be in your dream bedroom waking up from a false awakening.

5)Now do whatever, but keep the conscious fact that you are dreaming. In my LD I actually lost lucidity, because my dream sister, and mother asked for my help in taking out the smelly garbage. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you. Everything will seem really real if done correctly. Also every other minute or two keep doing RCs. You want to remain alert. Good Luck hope this helps. If it helps, maybe take one Tylenol PM if its hard for you to fall back sleep. Then you must be able wake yourself up after a dream ends, and then try the WILD
