Just search the several guides on WILDing. I used Naiya's WILD guide.

As suggested by Mikeac, read the guides on this site, and a book or two on the subject if you can.

IMHO, you don't need MP3s or drugs/supplements/teas to become lucid. What I have found is that by immersing myself in the subject, to the point of becoming obsessed, and by believing that I will LD, I actually do quite easily. As far as techniques, I have the most success with WBTB and DILD.

I've heard that people new to LD'ing have difficult with WILD, and even people with experience still have trouble with it.

As someone who has done WILD many times with only one success (I quickly woke up, may I add), I recommend starting with something completely different. Focus on your Dream Recall for now if it's not that great. You can't expect to just have a lucid your first time trying-- ESPECIALLY with WILD.

Since you don't have an alarm, I guess WBTB and MILD are somewhat out of the question (Unless you're like me and others and can tell yourself a specific time to wake up), so I say you should try DILD first.
