MY BIGGEST OBSTACLE: falling asleep
First of all, well done |

I know the feeling of being stressed for trying to LD, man was my first four or five days discouraging. That weekend though, I know I needed real decent sleep, not that light, waiting for an alarm to go off sleep. Well when the alarm did go off, I woke up and fell right back to sleep without even mention lucid in my mind, and that morning I had two back to back lucid dreams! Good tips. |

When we are dreaming alone it is only a dream. When we are dreaming with others, it is the beginning of reality. ~Dom Helder Camara
Nice post. Sometimes when we let go for a while, that's when the lucid dreams start flowing. |

Lucid dreams, gotta love em.
Looks like someone ripped off my avatar |

Wow, was that a real 45 minutes, or a dream 45 minutes? |

"I know that I am mortal by nature, and ephemeral; but when I trace at my pleasure the windings to and fro of the heavenly bodies I no longer touch the earth with my feet: I stand in the presence of Zeus himself and take my fill of ambrosia, food of the gods." - Claudius Ptolemy
Great Work~! I often find that being over excited keeps me up alot. What was the dream about? Im guessing the 45 minutes was real time not in the dream time. |

After I gave up lucid dreaming for a while, I went to Florida. A day after I came back from my hotel after going to the circus, I was very tired and still had jetlag. That night I had a lucid dream. It was strange. |
