lucid dream hypnosis

Hello, a few nights ago I was goofing around with some random hypnosis CD's I have, and on one I found that its goal was to put you into a relaxing sleep. So during the hypnosis I started to wonder as I was falling asleep whether I might attain lucidity through this or not. As I fell asleep, I entered a very vivid place, very similar to dreaming, but not quit there. It reminded me of a WILD just before you attain lucidity. I will be pursing this Tonight again to see what I can do, I looked around the site and only found a self hypnosis Tutorial that is more of trying to teach you to have better RC then actually putting you into a lucid state. I Was just wondering what everyone else thinks about this idea of becoming lucid through the help of a hypnosis tape.

I've considered trying it before, but the inductions I found weren't very good. However my friend often puts me into trancce so I may get her to try it.
