Exclamation Been gone for a while, now lucid dreaming almost every night

ok, some of you may remember me. I hung around for about a month here and didn't have huge amount of success (2 short lucids). I gave up completely about a month ago and for the past 3-4 weeks, I have either had an extremely vivid dream or an amazing and long lucid dream. I haven't thought about it all up until now when I had a dream that may have been shared with this girl I know, so I wrote it down. I don't know how they are getting all vivid and lucid now. I mean I want it to keep happening, but I'm not sure how. Maybe its gonna be easy from now on? Its really awesome. What do y'all think of this? Is this common? thanks to all!

      welcome back.

so you are not doing any kind of practice (inductions, RCs, WBTB, etc) and just having spontaneous LD's?

that's sweet, good (non) work, if so.

Maybe you discovered a method that's extremely effective but so easy you don't even realize you're doing it...

think hard about it and tell us if you come with anything
