      My Simple Reality Check Method

      I would not be surprised if this has been suggested already,but here goes:

      As many here know,objects tend to change or disappear from one moment to the next in Lucid Dreams.So,the technique is simply to look at any random object throughout the waking hours of the day,look away,then look back to see if anything is different or out of place.

      This is done with just eye movement in public;or head turning in private.All the while I conjure a strong feeling of curiosity or suspicion inside as I ask myself "I am dreaming?" This has really started to pay off lately,I had 4 Lucids last night for example.

      It's in Puffin's DILD guide. Still, it's good that you figured it out on your own.
