Try to feel excited and go back to sleep knowing you will have a lucid dream. Good Luck! |

Don't get too excited like I use to do and not be able to fall back asleep. Lol |

Just keep saying to yourself "am gonna be aware when I'm dreaming" until you fall asleep, that's how It goes with me . |

WBTB is almost useless unless combined with another method. One that works pretty well is MILD, as stated by Shiznit |

I often think about these ideas during WBTB: |
|
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
Nothing last night, although I woke up after 5 hours.....will post and try again tonight ..will aim for 6 hours of sleep. |

Keep away from Binaural Beats, its nothing but a messy noise, just stick to the known techniques after the WBTB and read your dream journal daily . |
|
The binaural beat I have has background noise, not just static. It works well for me for relaxation and meditation and it was only 99 cents. But I dont use it to get lucid. |
