      Your WBTB/MILD Routine

Well, the only thing i have ever had success with is MILD, well due to things like school i haven't been able to practice for the last month and a half, now i haven't been attempting lucids but most of the time im still remembering 2-3 dreams a night which is surprising to me since when i practice lucid dreaming i never have good recall. well i woke up about 4:30 hours into sleep and attempted a WBTB/MILD well, i didnt remember any dreams and i didnt get a LD. So my question is, what is your routine for a WBTB/MILD or if you prefer WBTB/WILD. im just trying to figure a good time to get up and a good time to stay up so i can attempt again tonight.
      Dream Goals:
      1.Have an induced LD.[X]
      2.Fly[X]
      3.Jump off a skyscraper[]
      4.Do a Kamehameha[X]
5.Have a HUGE, EPIC battle with a lot of explosions with my best friend.[]

WBTB+MILD is my preferred technique. I usually do a short WBTB after sleep cycle 3 (about 4.5 hours of sleep) and a longer WBTB after sleep cycle 4 (about 6 hours of sleep).

Before bed, I pick a a few lucid goals for that night. I choose a few easy ones and then a challenging one. For example, I want to rub my hands, pick up an object, and then summon a DC.

In the short WBTB, I write down my DJ notes in bed as usual and then get out of bed and sit in my desk chair. I sit for about 5 minutes, remembering the goals that I chose for that night and visualizing accomplishing them. Then I lay down and recall the previous dream and imagine becoming lucid in that dream and doing my goals. Total time out of a bed is about 5 minutes.

In the long WBTB, I start up the computer and read other people's dream journals here on dreamviews. I try to get exciting about having a lucid dream. I imagine how good I will feel the morning after. I practice doing reality checks and also do the same things as the short WBTB with goals, visualizing, and recalling. Total time out of bed is about 30-45 minutes.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
