WBTB+MILD is my preferred technique. I usually do a short WBTB after sleep cycle 3 (about 4.5 hours of sleep) and a longer WBTB after sleep cycle 4 (about 6 hours of sleep). |

Well, the only thing i have ever had success with is MILD, well due to things like school i haven't been able to practice for the last month and a half, now i haven't been attempting lucids but most of the time im still remembering 2-3 dreams a night which is surprising to me since when i practice lucid dreaming i never have good recall. well i woke up about 4:30 hours into sleep and attempted a WBTB/MILD well, i didnt remember any dreams and i didnt get a LD. So my question is, what is your routine for a WBTB/MILD or if you prefer WBTB/WILD. im just trying to figure a good time to get up and a good time to stay up so i can attempt again tonight. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
