So last night I set my auto-snoozed alarm to 6 hours after I fall asleep and an hour and a half before I wake up for the day. I heard the alarm ring for 5 seconds and I didn't move, just opened my eyes. Then I tried counting my breathing while mantraing "I'm dreaming", silently of course. But then I noticed I stopped for a while and had to start over. Before I knew it I drifted off asleep without WILDing. Can anybody help me with staying conscious? |
