Right now I am:
1. Doing reality checks with digital clock every day, stopping whatever I do and looking around asking myself "am I dreaming" and checking if clock stays on time.
2. Keeping a dream journal, I remember at least 1 dream every night (most of the time) and write pretty much every dream down I get.
3. I spend many hours a day on this forum reading lucid experiences mostly. Also made an account over here and made some posts (do'h).
4. Have tried WILD and MILD techniques a couple of times, so far no luck but I keep trying I guess.
(5.) I have dreamed a couple of times about lucid dreaming and questioned situation in dreams a couple of times aswell, without doing reality check though. I never have any control. :S
So... anything I missed that would help to get lucid dreams? (Apart from lucid dreaming devices or some B6 stuff). Also, I personally think I am close to get lucid but what do you guys think?
Edit: Adding: my recall has improved very much and lately my dreams have been more "realistic" you could say.
Edit 2: As for how motivated I am, I feel more like needing to get lucid dream rather than simply wanting it.
