I think a movie caused me to become lucid.

So I watched waking life right before bed one night and that night I had my first LD in a long time.

I dont know if it was the movie that caused it or what but yall might wanna try it. Just before going to sleep try watching a movie dealing with lucid dreaming and see if it helps.
I accept that my reality is always a dream so if something changes I know I'm right.

Yes i would say thats a valid reason why you became lucid. By watching the movie it was fresh in your head and the topic of dreams/lucidity was on your mind. = lucid dreams wooooot

Plus, similar things have happened to me before!
Is it really real or am I still dreaming?
