      The wave ..... questions ...

      Quick question ....

      What is the sensation. I feel after 10 minutes of wild ...its a rush of energy flowing through my body..from toe to head, and then the strong urge to swallow ....is this the start of special?

      It may just be sleep paralysis and then urge to swallow is normal and its ok to swallow if it is really bothering you and messing up your relaxation.

      hmm yeah ive had this, but not recently. it may be related to chi/kundalini energy. try a search on that

      That is very common. When people talk about vibrations, they are talking about that feeling. It is a good sign that you are very close to entering a dream. I normally get two or three waves of vibrations before the dream starts.

      As for what the feeling really is, I believe it is spontaneous middle ear muscle activity. Your eyes are not the only thing that spaz-out when you sleep.

      Just for the record, I agree with the commentors, it's probably just sp. But in my opinion it doesn't really matter, just move on and things will come when they come.

      i experience something very similar when i try to WILD. I get crazy intesnse vibrations from my feet to my head that are very very fast. after they stop my blood is pumping and my heart is beating itself to death. i've been told by others that this could be close to Astral Projection.. but i don't know i'm always very much awake after this happens to me. i also feel like this could very much be ki energy, but again.. i don't know.

      I always enter Astra Projection when that happens, scares the shit out of me.
      LD = > 50
      Dreams recalled = >30
      FA = 1

      Goals:
      not get freaked out when I AP - Have a normal conversation with a DC- Have diner in a fancy restaurant with a DC- Jump from a skyscraper
