Hey everyone,

HB stands for Holotropic breathing. Basically, this is a simple WILD method, the only difference in it is that it involves rapid/accelarated breathing.

Step one: Get relaxed, do anything to get relaxed, such as meditation, reading, etc.

Step two: Lie down in your bed, any position, does not matter.

Step three: Start the Holotropic Breathing, basically, just start breathing fast. Not too fast and not too slow, just a medium pace. This will get you pins and needles. Do this for about 10-20 minutes, then just continue with the WILD method by just lying down and going through SP and HI and finally into the lucid dream.

The point of the Holotropic breathing is to get you into the SP faster.
