      Low level of lucidity?

      Hello everyone, I had a quick question about levels of lucidity in a dream.

      - The past 5 LDs I've had have been DILDs. In my LD I know it's a dream, I stabalize and the LD becomes super clear and detailed, but it feels like I can't really make stuff happen and controll it at all. It's hard to explain, like every 30 seconds or so ill sort of controll what I can do then I lose lucidity for a while then gain it back.

      - My question is, is there any way to increase your level of lucidity as well as the vividness and clarity of a dream?

      I kept on blinking many times in one lucid that wasn't so vivid, and then the vividity increased .

      It's not vividness I need help with, it's increasing my level of lucidity.

      Something that I tried in my first lucid dream really increased my lucidity havent tried it since, I was walking around and then I asked myself what does dreaming mean? and the answer was obvious but revolutionary my body is asleep in bed, I went into a whole different layer lol
