      Does anyone use the CAT method?

      I was looking through the technique page -(yes i know that's not what its called, haven't been here in awhile) and the CAT one jumped out at me because one of the few sleeping skills I have is being able to wake up whenever I want, figured I could use that to my advantage. Of course I don't want to do something pointless, has anyone used this method effectively? Honestly I can't WILD for my life so i need to look elsewhere.

      EDIT: It was a joke and I didn't mean for it to sound condescending. I've honestly never heard of the CAT method, and don't know what it is. I'm sure you will get real replies.
